The Position – Learning Support Assistant

Qualiteach are looking for a Learning Support Assistant with an immediate start for a mainstream Primary school in Waltham Forest. The Learning Support Assistant must have lots of experience working within a Primary school (minimum 1 year). The Learning Support Assistant will be supporting assigned pupils on a 1:1 basis, as well as running intervention sessions and taking the lead of small groups. Key skills the Learning Support Assistant must have are patience, a positive attitude and the ability to motivate others and to have the ability to remain calm under pressure.

The school was inspected in 2023 by Ofsted in which the school achieved an “Outstanding” rating. The school has reached it’s full capacity of 450 pupils. The school has a new provision and has Nursery classes.
