Mill Operatives -Temporary to Permanent opportunity! Monday to Friday day shifts South Kent Rural Location £12.28 per hour My client, a successful and established organisation, are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Mill Operatives to join their thriving team! The ideal candidate will be hardworking , with a high level of attention to detail , previous experience working within a manual, Production/Manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential , and the ability to prioritise a busy workload! Duties include: Preparing wooden panels in accordance with daily order sheets, ready for Assembly/Production . Operating safely industrial equipment. Escalating any faults or imperfections. Always adhering to all health and safety guidelines . Any other duties required. The right candidate will have / be: Experience working within the manufacturing industry is preferred but not essential. Own transport is essential due to the location of the company A strong team player. High levels of attention to detail Helpful, reliable, and confident. Quick and methodical.
