HIDE-Kitchen Manager
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join the team at Michelin* HIDE.
HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight.
Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park
Servingbreakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network ofsmall farmers &suppliers from acrossthe UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors.
Everything is made in-house wherever possible: fromcharcuterie & breadto jams, juices and pickles. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the following; Kitchen recruitment/ Organise stages Fourth rota input (absences/holidays) Managing Rotas Staff training Onboarding new starters, starter forms and required documents Typing recipes & editing shared drive Help on socials for kitchen page Updating all admin sheets for the kitchens (M.E.P, Testers. Cleaning schedule etc.) Keeping & helping install systems into the kitchen Help assist operations team with maintenance & costings Where needed to help with kitchen on service or M.E.P. EHO records & maintain standards Staff vouchers recorded but also to print Training keep record on top Ensuring equipment in kitchen is looked after trained properly how to use Working with FOH on allergens & senior chefs Working with FOH on crockery ordering & stock count.
