Production Operatives wanted for a world leader in highly engineered products utilising polymers which are used in sealing, containment, propulsion and protection systems worldwide in Retford.
They are looking for Production Operatives to their ever growing team on a temp to perm basis.
You will do a variety of different production processes including:
The business has several different areas, duties depends on area but not limited to the below.
- Running various machines
- Feeding product into machines
- Completing paperwork to a high standard
- Moulding rubber to various sizes of moulds
- Looking for defects on the product & quality checking
- Cutting rubber to size & gluing to make the required product

Hours/Pay:
- Monday to Friday. Days / Afters & Nights weekly rotation (Must be available to do all 3 in the future)
- Days 5 00
- Afters 13 00
- Nights 21 00
- £12.60 per hour for 2 shifts, £13.23 per hour for 3 shifts & overtime available
The role of a Production Operative:
The candidate:
- Must have good eyesight for inspection purposes
- Happy to carry out repetitive factory work
- Any production, assembly or engineering experience would be desirable although not essential
- Must be looking for long term employment and to grow with the company
- Must be flexible to work 3 shifts
- A can-do attitude as they invest a lot of time and training into people
For the right candidate, there are excellent opportunities for permanent contracts after a successful 12 week period.
