Job Requirements / Description
Accounts and Office Manager required to join our established client in what will play a pivotal role in the business. The annual salary is between £30,000 - £35,000 with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Please note there is no hybrid working available.
Duties:
Utilise sage for financial record-keeping
Responsible for all accounts tasks
Liaise with the organisations external Accountant to ensure all required information is submitted as requested
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and suppliers
Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
Communicate effectively with team members and external parties
Utilise organisational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient office environment
Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding , and employee relations
Perform administrative duties as required
Supervise office operations to ensure compliance with company policies
Benefits:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Pension
Experience required:
Previous all-round accounts experience
Experience using Sage
Previous office management experience is desirable
Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
