The role
This position will appeal to someone who has experience working in sales, or perhaps running their own business, and is driven by customer success. As a Funeral Advisor, you will be on the front line, speaking with prospective customers, guiding them through our services and products and tailoring solutions for each individual customer. Providing exceptional service to families in their time of need, your role is vital to our continued success!
Key elements of the Funeral Advisor role
Sales focus: Responsible for incoming customer enquiries
As a Sales Advisor, you will deliver the highest standard of customer service to prospective customers, promoting our services whilst providing reassurance and comfort
A successful Sales Advisor will listen intently to understand their customer, and will provide them with relevant advice, information on products and services, and prepare quotes.
Funeral Arrangement focus:
A Funeral Arranger’s main responsibility is to support the bereaved family through the funeral arrangement process - facilitating decision making and planning the funeral service as per the family’s wishes.
As a Funeral Arranger you will complete all the necessary paperwork, make bookings, guide families on their responsibilities and ensure each funeral is completed to high customer satisfaction.
A Funeral Arranger will oversee all correspondence from third parties and liaise with our team to ensure a seamless service is delivered to the family.

Compensation
Hourly rate + commissions!
Being a Funeral Advisor at Fenix gives you a fantastic opportunity to support bereaved individuals in their time of need, to make a true difference and be part of a supporting team.
This role will require ad hoc, varying working hours to include, at times, weekend work.
