Project Manager

My client, a leading housebuilder, are currently seeking a Project Manager to deliver a major site in Chichester. The sites consists of 250 units. As project manager, you will be number 1 on site. You will be ultimately responsible for enforcing the programme, ensuring health and safety, liaising with the client and external stakeholders reporting on progress and risk to the senior management and generally managing the direct and indirect site teams to ensure productivity. As project lead, you will be in regular contact with the senior management and commercial team carrying out monthly progress & safety reports. You will have worked for a major housebuilder previously and have strong experience of delivering 100 unit phases of traditional build units as a number one.
