Scrum Master

Project Description: Luxoft DXC Technology Company is an established company focusing on consulting and implementation of complex projects in the financial and Insurance industry. Together with the customer, we deliver top performance! For one of our clients in the Insurance Segment, we are looking for a Scrum Master with the proven Insurance domain background for a Pricing Simplification project Responsibilities: Proactively supports teams to deliver desired Business / Customer outcomes - as evidenced through feedback provided by peers / leaders Constructive feedback from team members, management, third parties and colleagues Clear evidence of performance against role profile, capabilities and brand value behaviours Feedback is welcomed and form personal development plans Facilitate delivery of end-to-end IT change which is particularly: complex, uncertain, high value or high risk; requiring high levels of stakeholder management; Requiring multiple handoffs to IT or Business teams Mandatory Skills Description: A solid understanding of Agile values and principles. A good overall knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban. Insurance business knowledge. Good stakeholder management skills and an ability to inspire individuals and teams to change and improve. Self motivation and willingness to learn and explore new ideas. Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Insurance domain background would be a plus Professional Certification (minimum PSM1 or equivalent).
