In this role, you will play a key part in fostering an outstanding shopping experience for customers while motivating the team to provide excellent customer service. You will assist the store manager in overseeing budget management and sales initiatives to uphold the high performance standards that are characteristic of this business. Enhance performance and drive sales by effectively guiding the team. Encourage an environment that provides an exceptional experience for customers and engages the local community. Collaborate with your team to increase store growth by boosting sales and delivering outstanding customer service. Design eye-catching visual displays that attract customer attention. Oversee and manage the store's Key Performance Indicator performance. Experience and background: Retail experience as either Supervisor, deputy or assistant manager level Working within a fashion or accessory environment Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance Has a track record of driving sales and performance Experience with visual merchandising We specialise in retail recruitment, and for this role our client requires someone with either fashion, shoes or accessories experience.
