We are looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to join our expanding technical recruitment agency due to increasing demand from our Formula 1, Motorsport and High Performance Engineering clients. We work across cutting-edge sectors of engineering innovation, which include the high technology divisions of Automotive, Advanced Engineering, Electric Vehicles, Motorsport and Formula 1. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, as well as establishing successful and lasting client relationships and staying up to date with industry trends. You will work with a range of exciting clients who adopt both traditional and emerging technologies. Candidate Profile – essential * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates. * Experience working through the full 360 recruitment lifecycle. * Knowledge of technical recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, ATS / CRM systems, Workday, Bullhorn, Recruit CRM or Vincere. * An understanding of the technical job market and trends, as well as the ability to learn quickly about new industries. * Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * A passion for delivering excellence. Candidate Profile – desired * Experience in technical recruitment (preferably engineering, automotive, STEM, technology, IT or similar). * Experience working in a recruitment agency environment. * Experience working with technical engineering stakeholders in design or production.
