The Chef de Partie runs a section in the ground floor kitchen, training staff members and managing their ordering and stock, while developing further their knowledge and experience. We are offering this opportunity in a quality environment respecting employees and plan your development with us. Chefs with at least 2 years of kitchen experience who want to join a professional high-quality kitchen and develop their knowledge and creative talent are welcome. Our kitchen menus are designed by Masterchef Pierre Gagnaire and Executive Chef Frederic Don and has a French inspired European style. This role is specifically for the 3 Rosettes Gallery dinner brigade. What is Sketch?
