Job Title: Experienced Document Controller

Hourly Rate: 14-16 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30/6:00pm
Company Overview:
Our client, a reputable principal contractor, is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their construction site team on a significant project in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a long-term project, ensuring efficient documentation management on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all project documentation on a busy construction site.
- Ensure timely and accurate document flow between the site, subcontractors, and clients.
- Utilise ASite , Fieldview , and preferably SharePoint to manage documentation.
- Handle requests for documentation, file revisions, and document retrievals.
- Maintain project records and assist the project team with documentation-related queries.
- Support the site team in adhering to project timelines and requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, ideally on construction projects.
- Familiarity with ASite and Fieldview is essential.
- Knowledge of SharePoint is desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a site-based team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of documentation.
