Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles. * Provide expert advice on parts availability, pricing, and product information. * Process orders via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and accurate service. * Maintain a well-organized parts inventory and ensure all stock levels are managed effectively. * Liaise with suppliers to order parts as required and track delivery timelines. * Collaborate with the service department to ensure smooth coordination of parts needed for repairs. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, aiming for quick resolution. * Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the parts department. * Keep up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and automotive industry trends.
