Role Description:


  • You will be working across F&B, Hospitality, and Leisure/Wellness sectors.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, coordinators, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial control.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to optimize project spending.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with project specifications.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the F&B, Hospitality, and Leisure/Wellness sectors.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 3 years UK consultancy experience with focus on F&B, Hospitality, and Leisure/Wellness sectors.
  • Must be chartered
  • Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Ability to travel as required to project sites and client meetings.
