We partner with companies to define their international commercialization objectives, develop their international marketing, sales, and clinical strategies, and execute and manage their commercialization plans for existing or new technologies on a worldwide basis.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Clinical Services at MedTech Solutions Group. The role will be located in the European region with the desired territory in London, United Kingdom, but considerations for other areas will be taken for a talented applicant. Must have flexibility to travel throughout Europe, as well as other regions of the world. This position is responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery of clinical and sales education training platforms for all MedTech Solutions Group company customers. This position provides international leadership for regional clinical team members including the recruitment, training, field assignments and performance assessments and evaluations. This position requires professional interactions with field Key Opinion Leaders (KOL’s) for recruitment of clinical data collection, poster and publication development and clinical functional management during international conferences. This role requires a strong, widespread and advanced clinical expertise with a focus on critical thinking and application skills across all care settings.  QualificationsBachelor or master’s degree in Nursing5 years’ experience in the field of medical devices and clinical management5 years’ experience developing and providing basic and advanced clinical educationInternational travel experience Well versed in EU and FDA regulations, standards, and quality assurance Highly organized and detail-oriented, with solid communication skills Ability to understand strategic goals and match the business needs of the company Ability to manage and provide significant tactical leadership and guidance to clinical field team membersDemonstrated ability to manage and provide clinical support to multiple international regionsExcellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to work together to a common goalExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of the companyBe proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, EXCEL and OutlookStrong understanding of clinical operations, quality assurance, and regulatory requirementsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results
