The ability to multi-task is essential along with a proactive attitude. The position will be based on our busy reception and the successful candidate will providing high quality support to students, parents and staff. Experience in Word and Excel is essential, and knowledge of SIMS would be desirable. The successful candidate will: possess an excellent telephone manner and call handling skills; have excellent IT, organisational interpersonal skills have a friendly and caring personality be able to work as part of a team, as well as the ability to work under their own initiative; have the emotional intelligence to deal with difficult and confidential situations; possess the common sense and ability to think on their feet be self-motivated and willing to learn CV's are not accepted as a form of application and will not be considered.
