Sous - Weybridge - 2 AA Rosettes - 4 on, 3 off We are currently recruiting for a Sous to join the brigade to deliver amazing quality 2 AA Rosette standard dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. As Junior Sous you will be supporting an award winning Head Chef to prepare seasonal modern dishes with an Italian influence, alongside British classics.
