The Vocational Recruitment Administrator is responsible for end to end delivery of the recruitment process of the Apprenticeship and Vocational Training Programmes of VPS in the UK. Communication abilities and attention to detail is crucial within this role to ensure a seamless service is provided to Employers and candidates alike. This role is responsible for reporting recruitment progress data to programme management.
The role is an office based role and will join a small administration team in our Milton Keynes office. We are looking for a confident people person that has the capability to perform the following key duties:
- Advertising & reporting all vacancies
- Desk screening, telephone screening, coordinating video interviews
- Liaising with candidates and employers for employer interviews and work trials
- Manage the programme specific recruitment inbox
- Recruitment reporting
- Initial candidate assessment
- Systems account creation for successful candidates
- Invoices and purchase orders
- Employee incentive payments
