South of England so you must be willing to travel.  You will be involved in full training, growing the sales, new product launches, supporting the SD, recruitment.  Understand the sale process for a manufacturing company.   You will be leading from the front.   Benefits of the Regional Sales Manager  £55k-£65k  Commission up to 48% of salary  Car Allowance   Phone  Laptop  Ipad  Pension  20 days +BH??  The Ideal Person for the Regional Sales Manager  You will have man-management experience.
