To ignite this role, you’ll need to think customer first, be commercially aware and adept at spotting and communicating opportunities.Immediate Responsibilities and Hot ProjectsDevelopment of standardised dynamic and static reports for all areas of the businessEstablish a reporting benchmark and process across the businessGet under the hood of marketing, ops, tech to understand current reporting needs & opportunitiesAlign the business using cross functional reports that tie in certain cause and effect elements critical to scalingWork with the Senior team to design, develop and enhance data capture and reporting toolsSupport the Senior team on the generation and maintenance of meaningful management information across every level of the businessDay to day responsibilitiesManagement of our Data Analytics Warehouse, all automated reports and back end data lakeEngineering and development of our DAW maintaining health and building for the futureYou’ll drive performance through analysing in and cross functional data and presenting opportunitiesUndertaking data analysis within assigned projectsDelivering data solutions and data lifecyclesCollecting, extracting and analysing data from complex sourcesManaging APIs from health and integration points of viewAnalysing and providing data on all key operational performance, suggesting improvements and changes where necessaryMake sure quality standards are met and deadlines achievedSupport others throughout the business to improve their use and understanding of dataMaintain ahead of the curve industry knowledge within customer experienceMaintaining strong relationships with the internal teamWe are looking forA creative data ‘geek’ energetic, and passionate about your area of expertise with a love for communicationPassion for impacting change and performance in a commercial, retail settingPassionate about branding, believing in a brand mission and your part in that journeyA lover of hitting targetsDeveloping a strategic mindset as you progress through your careerNaturally inquisitiveAvid self-learner & teacherAble to trade-off short & long-term targets and have a history of making the right callsYou have high standards for quality of delivery from yourself and from othersYou are great at building positive, productive relationshipsYou are great at extracting stories & crafting hypotheses & strategies from dataYou have excellent interpersonal skills, and are able to clearly communicate complex topics in simple termsYou are a highly motivated self-starterLocationPlease note this position is to be based out of Runcorn HQ in Cheshire Monday - Thursday with Friday a home working day.
