Recruitment Consultant – Retained/Search – Remote/Hybrid - £35k - £40k base – Property


We’re looking for an experienced recruitment specialist to join our start-up (3rd year of trading) client, who work fully remote. They're true specialists in the residential living sector. As you'll know, it's a booming industry, with investment coming in from all around the globe.


You'll be working with a client that fills 90% of their roles and works retained 85% of the time. They place huge value in getting out and meeting their clients in person. It is so beneficial to see the assets you're working with, the teams you're building and the incredible living spaces that are being created across the UK.


They've only really scratched the surface of who they work with because of bandwidth reasons, but there's about 90% of the market to win. It's actually one of the few sectors which isn't saturated with chancers, generalists and people winging it.


The brand and directors names alone will open doors, start conversations and get interest in what you can offer. You'll initially be heavily new business focussed, but as you build your portfolio of clients you will enjoy the account management side of things as well.


We're looking for someone who has the potential to bill £250,000+ per year - this is where you will really accelerate your earnings. We're not necessarily expecting you to be billing that right now (anything £120k and above is fine), as you will work with a team that will push and develop you to get to that.


This is predominantly a remote based role, so theoretically you can be based anywhere in the UK. However, it's worth noting that you will be required to attend weekly meet ups in London and to visit clients (London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Liverpool etc.)


From a financial perspective, you’ll get a base of up to £40k, with a very generous comms scheme as well as annual bonuses. You can expect to double your base comfortably, if you hit the achievable targets!
