We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager with electronics project experience to join their custom power supply design team based in Worthing, UK. Engineering Project Manager Key Responsibilities: * Lead global product development projects, mentoring teams to success. * Set team goals, oversee budgets, and manage project risks. * Collaborate with marketing and customers to create innovative solutions. * Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and improve product development processes. * Partner with manufacturing to enhance product quality and cost-efficiency. Qualifications: * Degree in electronics engineering or similar. * Proven experience leading projects from concept to manufacture. * Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail. * Agile experience or PMI certification is a plus. Location They have a very flexible working environment and can allow employees to work remotely. The main design centre is based in Worthing, UK so you will need to be able to travel here frequently for meetings.
