Project Controls Analyst Salary: £45,000- £55,000 per annum (depending on experience) + private medical healthcare, life insurance + additional benefits. We are seeking a Project Controls Analyst to manage and support the financial and administrative aspects of projects for our client. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget, and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and manage risks to ensure successful project delivery. You will have the opportunity to work with industry leading clients on some of the most exciting projects across the UK, sectors including but not limited to Rail, Utilities, Defence, Nuclear, Aviation, Oil & Gas and Construction. This is a London based position with flexibility to work 2-3 days from home. Project Planning and Scheduling: Support and maintain project schedules, coordinate with teams, and ensure timelines align with objectives. ~ Budgeting and Cost Management: Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, track expenditures, and perform cost forecasting. ~ Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and conduct variance analysis. ~ Risk and Quality Management: Identify and monitor risks, ensure compliance with standards, and implement quality control measures. 1+ years Project Controls work working on major construction programmes with the drive to develop your experience further within the project controls area. ~ Experience of using one or more of the following planning & reporting software's: Primavera P6, MS Projects or Asta Power Projects. ~ Experience within the Project Controls environment, ideally in the Rail, Utilities, Aviation, Oil & Gas, Civil Engineering, or construction sectors. ~ Proven ability to extract, analyse and interpret data to produce accurate, timely and informative reports in multiple formats establishing root causes and impacts. ~ Effective co50unication & written skills, ability to work within a cross functional project team and be able to influence and challenge at all levels.
