About The Opportunity: Product and Pricing Strategy Manager £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary £13,000 OTE Eco company car scheme 25 days holiday Further benefits package What’s In It For Me? This is an all-encompassing position that will see you spearheading the direction of the Parts Strategy through supplier relationships, aftersales programmes and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for steering a team with 5 direct reports, to ultimately build a strong sales function offering flexible solutions to customers through your dealer network and own branch network. Day To Day? Support the Head of UK Parts in developing and implementing strategies. Encourage the dealer network to drive retail business. Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions and incentives. Provide detailed analytical reports on parts performance across all sales channels. Support the Head of UK Parts with budgeting and forecasts. Manage supplier KPIs and SLAs to ensure excellent service. To promote and enhance the brand, through innovative projects. About You: In-depth and current knowledge of the truck parts industry. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing strategies. Excellent and proven analytical skills with high level of attention to detail. An innovator and creative thinker, capable of developing and delivering complex growth projects. Clear communicator with internal and external stakeholders. A problem solver, with capacity to manage multiple work streams.
