You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, high standards of maintenance, and tenant satisfaction. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors, while maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues swiftly and professionally.
