Finance Manager

As part of their continuous growth, they are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to join their team of excellence in Manchester City Centre. Your new role Policy Development: Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information and compliance with relevant regulations. Process Documentation: Document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls. Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS09 standards and policies regarding fixed assets. Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reporting of fixed asset information to stakeholders. Financial Preparation: Prepare financial accounts and statutory reports. Team Management: Manage the financial accounting team. Group Consolidations: Oversee group consolidations.What you'll need to succeed Qualifications: Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in complex accounting structures. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders at various levels. Leadership: A strong personality with the ability to influence and drive decisions within a qualified team.
