This role as a Group Parts Manager is a key role within the Plant Sales industry, based in the Coalville area. Description The role of Group Parts Manager will involve: Overseeing the parts distribution department and ensuring efficient operations. Ensuring the coordination and delivery of parts across the UK. Implementing and monitoring inventory control measures. Meeting and exceeding sales targets set for the department. The training and recruitment of staff. Travelling to other depot locations. Budgetary responsibility. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinating with the servicing department to ensure the required parts are available. Managing the parts/stores team and promoting a positive work environment. Reporting on department performance to senior management.Profile A successful Group Parts Manager should have: A strong background in a parts distribution/aftersales environment (any sector). A pro-active approach to developing and promoting business. Strong leadership abilities and team management skills. The ability to create and implement new processes. A strategic mindset for procurement and inventory management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The willingness to travel and have a full clean UK driving licence.
