Job Title: SEN Teaching AssistantLocation: Multiple Schools in the Local Area (Including 1-Form and 2-Form Entry)Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? Do you have the skills and flexibility to work across a number of schools in the local area? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support students across a range of schools, including both 1-form and 2-form entry settings.Key Responsibilities: Provide dedicated support to students with SEN across various schools in the local area.Assist class teachers in delivering tailored education in both 1-form and 2-form entry schools.Work 1:1 or with small groups of students, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.Foster an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment for all students.Support children with a variety of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and communication needs.Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Promote the social, emotional, and academic development of students in your care. What We Are Looking For: Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school setting.Patience, empathy, and strong relationship-building skills with students.Flexibility to travel between schools in the local area and adapt to different teaching styles and environments.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with teachers, parents, and external professionals.A passion for helping all children achieve their potential.
