Our client is a leading distributor of large-scale impactor, crushing and screening plant equipment used within the quarrying industry. Due to continued growth, then are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover Scotland.
Responsibilities:
- You will deliver on the annual sales plan of mobile crushing & screening products by targeting existing and prospective customers
- Drive a pipeline of sales opportunities by maintaining a high level of customer engagement and activity with regular site visits and phone contact with existing and prospective customers.
- Building & maintaining relationships by engaging with customers in a positive and professional manner.
- Completing tender documentation and preparing quotations to a high standard.
Candidate:
- You must have field sales experience of selling equipment into the quarrying, aggregates or recycling industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal & written, and people skills.
- A strong focus on providing the best customer service experience with an attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines by planning and managing your time and travel efficiently.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
