My client, acountry house in the village of Waddesdon, require a Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade. My client is looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service alongside their talented kitchen team, in a stunning location. They operate Wednesday to Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off. Occasional evenings will be required when we host special dinners, and NO split shifts. The Sous Chef role offers:- A salary of up to £35,000pa Excellent tips Fantastic development opportunities Live-in accommodation for anyone looking to relocate 33 days holiday NO split shifts and 2 days off together - 42 hour week The ideal Sous Chef candidate will:- In conjunction with the Head Chef, select, cost and price monthly seasonal menus, afternoon tea, picnics, food2go and menus for special events as directed. Ensure consistency in delivering high standards Take full responsibility for the preparation and serving of these menus.
