Be-IT is seeking a Cyber Operations Manager for a prominent client located in Glasgow. This is a permanent position based in Glasgow, with an annual salary of £65,000 - £79,000 for the right candidate. Continuously improve the cyber incident response plan, playbooks, and processes to enable the security operations team to react swiftly and effectively to incidents. Collaborate with IT teams to address vulnerabilities identified through penetration testing and vulnerability scanning. Manage vulnerability management and compliance scanning processes. Familiarity with tuning and configuring cybersecurity tools like SIEM and EDR, as well as knowledge of enterprise IT networks, Active Directory, and Azure AD. Experience in people management, including coaching and mentoring. Permanent role Based in Glasgow with hybrid working (1 day in the office minimum) Own car and driving license is desirable
