The Role of the Quantity Surveyor: The selected candidate will take the lead on major residential and mixed-use projects in Riyadh, serving as a key point of contact for the seamless delivery of cost management services. The role involves ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently met for clients. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a cost management team, focusing on delivering top-tier pre-contract estimates, cost plans, and post-contract services.
