For example, when the true extent of the cost of living was revealed, we immediately gave everyone a 5% pay rise.As part of an employee incentive in 2023 we took some of the team to Coachella in California.We are our people.THE ROLEWe’re looking for a PR Manager to join our Hype (PR, Events, Talent) team.We are looking for someone with a strong background in media relations and/or events and influencer marketing but PR as a focus. We require a minimum of 3-4 years agency experience. This person will have a love of storytelling and will understand how to build creative campaigns that generate hype. Culture and storytelling, and a love of pop-culture, alongside a hunger to make sh*t happen, is a must have.Forward thinking and results focused, we’re looking for someone with an interesting network that lives above and beyond just traditional media – though this is important too!We need someone with personality, pace and a natural PR instinct. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone to lead PR retained clients end to end, reporting to our Head of PR, Talent and Partnerships and working closely with our Client Services team to ensure we are delivering best in class campaigns and results.We’re channel agnostic, so our scope of work is always exciting and broad. We’re not looking for an old school approach, a lot of our work is centred on growth, positioning and transformation. Clients come to us looking for something new.Top-notch copywriting skills are a must. This person will have versatile writing style, and be able to adapt amongst our diverse range of clients – from iconic sports screenings to elegant roof terraces, to delectable new menu launches and culture driven QSR brands. You will be on top of trends, and an avid social listener. This role requires someone incredibly curious, open-minded and with a challenger mindset. You’ll be highly respectful of all communities and culture.We work with global and household names and we’re incredibly proud of the work we do and the people we work with. Some of our clients include: Be At One, Pho, Pernod Ricard, NOW and Popeyes.DAY-TO-DAYLeading on campaign strategy and ideation for your clientsMedia relations and storytellingBuilding and relationships with a wide variety of media, influencers, content creators, and industry expertsLiaising with clients regarding press campaigns, creative projects and PR solutionsProviding innovative and creative ideas to clientsKeeping clients up to date on press campaigns and media opportunitiesPresenting reports back and communicating results effectively to a range of stakeholdersHelping manage a portfolio of clients’ PR accounts under the guidance of the Head of PR, Talent and PartnershipsKeeping abreast of current PR trends and tools across both traditional media platforms, and new platforms (social media, podcasting, Clubhouse etc.)Developing news angles, feature stories and pitches to further the client’s profile, products and services, leveraging key calendar moments and trends withinWHAT YOU WILL BRING+ A minimum of 3 years experience in a PR agency role+ Experience of reviewing junior team members work and providing guidance and feedback+ An in-depth knowledge of marketing channels and media+ A desire to deliver campaigns which drive impact and create moments that leave a legacy+ A portfolio of examples of PR campaigns you have delivered+ Strong communication skills – verbal and written+ A passion for the media, social media, and new platforms+ Flair for creativity, strategic thinking, and innovation+ Knowledge and experience in building influential networks+ Outstanding organisation with an ability to manage multiple projects at the same timerelevant experience+ Industry knowledge and contactsTHE DETAIL THAT MATTERS TO YOUR LIFEWe have internal initiatives called ‘Don’t Forget to Live’ and ‘Don’t Forget to Learn’, we bought this to life through some of the below priorities to our team.+ Up to £40k per annum DOE+ You can relocate for one month of the year and work from anywhere – LIVE+ Half day Fridays in January to – LEARN+ 25 days holiday plus bank holidays + Bank Holiday swap – swap your bank holidays for holiday allowance to celebrate something important to you+ Private healthcare+ Build your own company perkAnd lots more!
