Assembler

Assembler Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Location: Ross-on-Wye We're seeking an Assembler to join this very welcoming and experienced team. In this hands-on role, you'll be instrumental in building and assembling high-quality products that their customers rely on. What's on Offer as the Assembler: Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays (rising to 25 days + bank holidays with length of service). Pension: 3% contribution, increasing to 5% with service. Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus.  Key Responsibilities of the Assembler: Assemble from detailed documentation and drawings. Ensure precision and quality, working to meet targets in a 'zero defects' culture. Accurately record work progress, both electronically and in hard copy. Requirements for the Assembler: Experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing. Soldering to IPC 610 standards (certification preferred but not essential).
