Job Title: Learning & Development Advisor Salary: Up to 40,000 per annum Location: Northamptonshire Our thriving, fast paced and dynamic client is looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join the growing HR team. The role is responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes that enhance the skills and knowledge and build capability. We are looking for a proactive individual who can identify training needs, develop and deliver effective learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: *Conduct assessments to identify training and development needs within the organisation. *Develop and design engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses *Manage programmes such as Apprenticeships, early careers, talent management, work-experience and internships as required. *Facilitate training sessions, company inductions and workshops, for employees at all levels *Support the HR team with the Talent Management Process *Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics *Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. *Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training programs. *Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement that are shared with key stakeholders. *Work closely with people managers and senior management to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. *Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards *Support with ad hoc L&D related projects Skill Requirements: *Proven experience in a Learning & Development role *A background in a HR discipline and willingness to support the HR team as required *Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles *Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. *You'll be an excellent communicator and great at engaging people *Strong relationship builder with stakeholders and colleagues. *A valid UK driving license with your own transport is essential as there will be a requirement to travel What's in it for you? *A salary of up to £40,000 per annum *Hybrid working arrangement- 3/2 split *Enhanced matched pension *23 days annual leave plus your birthday day off and bank holidays *Other perks including summer hours *Excellent employee social calendar *Fantastic development and progression opportunities
