Today, FRAME is recognized globally with 15 stores in North America and 2 stores in London. FRAME is sold through its own retail stores and e-commerce as well as through leading department stores and boutiques worldwide.


Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate, you are an essential part of a team that delivers the extraordinary service our customers expect from FRAME. Within this role you will be employed by FRAME and keeping up to date with the FRAME culture, but you will be based at Selfridges, Oxford Street. The main focus will be growing the FRAME business alongside our current staff member at Selfridges. You will be maintaining the highest of retail standards, keeping up to date on product knowledge and replenishing stock, customer service is at the heart of what you do. An expert for all things FRAME and you will be a go-to person to help our customers, you are fully knowledgeable of everything about the brand including the latest events and collections that FRAME are offering.


As a Sales Associate you will:

  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers by building rapport, sharing product knowledge and catering to their needs.
  • Conduct refunds and exchanges, helping the customer to find another suitable item/product if necessary or alternatively, offer our online services.
  • Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience. From selling and replenishing stock, organizing rails, to hosting, you understand there is more to the customer experience than just selling.
  • Manage customer feedback and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales and retail standards.
  • Be responsible for the stock in your department, supporting with deliveries where needed, ensuring core is always fully stocked and calling out when replenishment is needed
  • Keeping the FRAME team up to date with sales, ensuring you are hitting weekly/monthly sales goals and pushing the team to help achieve these targets
  • Use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by taking every opportunity to expand your knowledge of products and competitors
  • Working on a weekly retail report to keep the FRAME team up to date on weekly sales/callouts
  • Understand and follow health, safety and security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss


Qualifications:

  • Full time position and full flexible/ Expected to do shift work and work weekends
  • 1-2 year’s experience in a retail environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Word.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to follow up
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Creative thinker and business driver

  • A great communicator. You will be able to positively engage with all types of customers (domestic and international) with varying needs and requirements
  • Well Informed. As you will be working with FRAME directly you will be involved with line reviews and knowing the story behind the product, you will be expected to share this knowledge with the team in store in the form of trainings and to always be aware of competitors trends
  • Known to be a sales and service expert. You’ll use these skills to deliver the extraordinary each and every time and take the initiative to provide additional services where appropriate
  • A proud shopkeeper. It will fall to you to replenish stock, maintain the stores standards and inspire others to deliver the same
  • A problem solver. You’ll go above and beyond to resolve issues for our customers and be able to adapt your approach to each individual customer
  • Flexible. Responsive to business needs, you are happy and comfortable to take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond the role expectation
