Are you a motivated and dynamic sales professional looking for a rewarding opportunity in the builders merchant sector? We are seeking a passionate Branch Sales Manager to lead our clients team and drive sales at this incredible new branch.
Branch Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Target fresh sales and new customers while managing existing client relationships to achieve branch sales growth.
Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to telephone, email, and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner. Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers through face-to-face interactions.
Order Management: Oversee the processing of sales orders, invoicing, and all associated administration tasks.
Team Development: Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Performance Targets: Meet and exceed performance targets, ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
Logistics Management: Manage branch logistics and oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.
Stock Development: Develop and maintain the required stock profile to meet customer needs.
Budget Management: Work within agreed budgets to optimize branch performance.
Marketing Support: Assist in marketing initiatives to promote the branch and increase sales.
Product Expertise: Provide excellent knowledge of rendering, external wall insulation, tiles, and flooring to support customers effectively.What We Offer our Branch Sales Manager:
