Customer Relations Executive

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join a well-established company in the East Grinstead. You will have fantastic communications, and brilliant interpersonal skills. Please note that due to the location of the company you need to be a driver. Salary: £26k + commission Location: East Grinstead Days / hours: Monday- Friday office based 37,5hrs a week 9am-5pm Customer Relations Executive duties: Being the first point of contact to clients Prepare sales quotes Maximising enquiry conversation opportunities Handling of all enquiries (capturing enquirers details, booking appointments, resolving queries)The ideal Customer Relations Executive will have: Outgoing, confident and a real people person Excellent written and verbal communication Fantastic customer service skills with brilliant telephone manner Persuasive skillsMorgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
