Head of Strategy and Operations

As we expand, we are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Strategy and Operations, reporting directly to the CEO. Position Overview: The Head of Strategy and Operations will be instrumental in shaping and executing Concordium’s strategic initiatives. This role will ensure the alignment of the company’s vision with actionable strategies, drive operational efficiency, and support growth through commercial, financial, and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the CEO to define and execute Concordium’s vision, ensuring alignment across all strategic initiatives. - Lead market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and strategic partnerships. - Develop and execute strategies to commercialize Concordium’s solutions and explore new revenue streams. - Spearhead the creation and implementation of actionable strategies to expand Concordium's ecosystem and drive adoption of our core blockchain technology - Establish company-wide milestones and KPIs, ensuring progress is tracked and goals are met. - Collaborate on funding efforts, including securing venture capital and strategic investments. - Manage resource allocation and financial planning to support key initiatives and growth objectives. - Ensure collaboration across departments to drive the successful execution of strategic projects. - Streamline operational processes for efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: - 8-12 years of experience in strategic roles at top-tier investment banks, management consultancies, or corporate strategy functions - Proven experience in strategic leadership, operations, and execution within the tech, blockchain, or fintech industries. - Expertise in market research, commercial strategy, and partnership development. - Strong track record in setting and achieving milestones and KPIs in a high-growth environment. - Experience in fundraising and financial strategy, with knowledge of capital markets. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Furthermore, it is a big advantage if you have a good understanding of a blockchain, wallets, and crypto.
