Fleet & Asset Coordinator required in the Kent region for our client, a leading HVAC company that has 6 regional offices and has been expanding since it formed over 20 years ago. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment. Their client base consists of long-standing client relationships with clients such as David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison & more. Fleet & Asset Coordinator Position Overview Fleet & Asset Coordinator required for a leading national HVAC Company, the Fleet & Asset Coordinator will be expected to work out of our clients' office in Edenbridge, Kent, with occasional travel to client's site, commutable from the clients HQ. The Fleet & Asset Coordinator's duties will include: Answer inbound calls from engineers, managers, and suppliers Perform office admin such as running, analysing and actioning reports plus warehouse tasks Carry out twice a year van/tool audits at/local to HQ's Prepare vans for new starters, including purchasing of tools for additional vans on the fleet Fleet & Asset Coordinator Position Requirements Live within a commutable distance of Edenbridge Previous Fleet & Asset experience Experience & Knowledge of vehicles, hand tools, maintenance, and electrics Computer literate & proficient in all MS packages Fleet & Asset Coordinator Position Remuneration Basic Salary up to £28,000 DOE 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday working hours, though hours could be flexible. 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (Increases with time served) Profit share scheme applicable after 12 months' service Free parking Company events Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
