We are a exclusively supporting a leading Wealth Management and Mortgage Broker with offices in London, Dubai, Monaco, and Jersey. We are seeking a skilled Finance Assistant/Manager to join their growing London team. As part of a global operation, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting their finance functions, working closely with the Finance Business Partner, as well as collaborating with the Head of Compliance and Risk. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will have the chance to make a real impact by handling a variety of financial tasks, including: Purchase & Sale Ledgers : Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and transactional processes. Payroll : Overseeing payroll operations and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Tax & Financial Administration : Ensuring full compliance with tax regulations and supporting corporate governance. Corporate Governance : Supporting the business to meet its regulatory requirements as a licensed financial adviser. Bookkeeping : Maintaining accurate financial records for management reporting. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a similar finance role, preferably in wealth management or financial services. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, ledgers, and financial administration. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for financial advisers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams. A proactive, self-starter mindset with keen attention to detail.
