Role: Lead Salesforce ConsultantLocation: United Kingdom - RemoteSalary: Up to £85,000 - DOETechOhana has collaborated with a Summit Salesforce Partner who is looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Consultant to join their team of highly skilled professionals. Their cutting-edge services provide support to many clients in a range of industries, including financial services, insurance, media, health & life sciences and non-profit.As a Lead Salesforce Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch solutions to customers, driving customer success, and contributing to the company's overall growth which is to become the UK's go-to partner.This opportunity is going to provide you with bundles of experience over a range of different clouds including Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, FSC & Health Cloud. Your responsibilities will consist of complex config work, managing key external stakeholders & even exposure to the architecture of complex orgs.Key Responsibilities:Lead Salesforce implementation projects, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and administrators, to design, configure, and customize Salesforce applications.Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimal solutions using Salesforce best practices.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and contribute to project success.Serve as a subject matter expert, staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and industry trends.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Lead.Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish.Strong hands-on capabilities implementing complex flows from scratchSolid understanding of business processes and ability to align them with Salesforce capabilities.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Service Cloud Consultant are required.If this opportunity sounds exciting to you or anyone you know don't hesitate to reach out as this process will be moving extremely quickly.E: [email protected] is the UK’s leading Salesforce.com staffing company – through having a sole focus on the Salesforce space we have been able to foster solid relationships with some of the UK’s most exciting Salesforce.com consultancies & end users.
