Salary: £16591Shift hours: 37Coventry City Council is offering an apprenticeship with the Adult Social Care’s Strategic Commissioning Team.This role will help you develop strong administrative skills while building and managing relationships with both internal and external partners. You will support the Commissioning Team’s Engagement Officer, focusing on interactions with adult social care partners, including health and social care practitioners, the Coventry Migration and Refugee Team, and the Modern Slavery Lead. The position involves one-on-one interactions with internationally recruited care workers to understand their needs and aspirations. You will also engage in high-quality customer service, assisting with greeting customers, employers, and visitors, and supporting the Commissioning team as needed.You will undertake the Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
