Senior Architect | Large Resi | 2 days hybrid | £50-60k

We are looking to recruit a senior architect with experience on large-scale London residential or mixed-use schemes to join a mid-sized AJ100 practice with a real focus on staff well being and a healthy work-life balance. The Company Our client are mid-sized (50 people) AJ100 practice in Central London who are specialist in mid-large scale mixed-use buildings. The projects include new build schemes as well as work with existing buildings/listed buildings. They have a great reputation for looking after their staff. Staff turnover is low, overtime is rare and progression/promotions are common. They have an amazing benefits package (see below) and excellent work-life balance The Opportunity This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Architect or Senior architect with experience on mid-large resi schemes to work on a wider range of project types across a range of sectors, to experience an excellent work-life balance and take a leading role on a 500 unit resi scheme with a team of up to 8 people. The Requirements: Qualified architect (ARB) Experience using Revit Experience working on UK based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regs Experience working on RIBA stages 3 and 4 Experience running jobs or packages An interest in working on mid-large scale projects Salary and Package Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience 2 days per week working from home and flexible working hours Flexible working hours 35 hour work week Private medical insurance Enhanced maternity/paternity payments Professional subscriptions paid Cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers, eye tests For this Senior architect position, Candidates with notice periods up to 2 months will be considered.
