Responsible for assisting in leading our entire team to produce faultless food and beverage service. Managing our team with intuitive, insightful and positive leadership skills at all times. Youll be reporting to the Senior Management Team. Responsible for honouring our brand standards in a friendly, knowledgeable and industry leading manner and youll be required to work predominantly floor shifts in a fast-paced environment. You will be commercially driven and always have revenue growth and profitability driving your business decisions. Using our data and tools to manage every element of efficient service within The Laundry Restaurant. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure our food service offer is of the highest quality. The foundation of your responsibilities lies with the restaurants performance; quality standards, as well as staff and guest satisfaction. Day-to-day management activities will be our primary Assistant Managers role whilst supporting both creative and financial profitability, there is plentiful scope for further progression You will be able to; Inspire team members to drive our brand vision Be ambitious, hardworking and charismatic Belief in creating culture and delivering exceptional service, all day everyday Analyse and plan revenue streams and profitability areas - specifically average spend. Train FOH team, processes, training, management, monitoring rotas and forecasting shifts Ensuring EXCEPTIONAL customer experiences are delivered - every single moment of every single day that our all-day dining, wining and special occasion destination is open. Experience in Food Safety management systems and all aspects of Health and Safety Experience in leadership in a fast-paced environment Problem solving ability Strong planning and organisational skills Self-motivated, self starter and the enjoyment of being hands on A desire to learn from, evolve with and add value to The Laundry Restaurant and its vision You must be reliable, passionate about giving great service, genuinely seeking a longer-term role and just be an authentically good human, basically! Responsibilities Leading service management from Reservations to Manager on Duty responsibilities Have the ability and attitude to serve in every section of the operation when required A full and thorough understanding of PDR requirements and logistics, you will also be required to host Group Dining Accountable for all areas of the restaurant on shift, following checklists and guidelines Communication - ensure all communication or reporting is acknowledged and adhered to within your shift times Responsible for the performance and reputation of the restaurant, youll have a strong commercial awareness Full compliance with all relevant policy and legislation at The Laundry Restaurant. Maintaining the highest standards of service and quality at all times, using personalities and seamless service as a guest satisfaction tool Have a calm and progressive nature when dealing with situations and problems that may arise during service, without distracting or involving team Leading the training programme and implementation with all front of house staff at MOD briefings Must Have Experience in sevenrooms reservations platform Experience in leading & navigating staff, getting your hands dirty Smart can-do attitude We Will Good salary and bonus incentives Lifestyle rota - we can adapt rota to your needs / requirements (after probationary) TPBN1_UKCT
