Buckden Partners has been instructed by a leading UK property finance provider who support property professionals with complex loans from £10 million to £100 million to search for a new Head of Origination Structured Property Finance as they continue to grow the business
Role Overview: The Head of Origination will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our origination team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the property finance market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in business development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of tailored finance solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in property finance
- Proven track record of success in origination and business development within the property finance sector.
- Extensive network of contacts within the property market, including developers, investors, and brokers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high performance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and regulatory environment.
