Customer Side Leakage Technician

FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for a Customer Side Leakage Technician to strengthen their asset survey team. Location: South-East and South-West England/ Kent Customer Side Leakage Technician role: * Attend appointments at customer properties to identify and address water leaks * Inspect properties, verify meter readings, and guide customers through leak repairs Customer Side Leakage Technician responsibilities: * Prioritises safety and well-being in the workplace, adhering to regulations and preventing risks * Identify and assess leak sources * Understand water systems, plans, and schematics * Efficiently plan routes in Hampshire * Verify meter readings Customer Side Leakage Technician requirements: * Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service * Strong understanding of technical drawings, including the ability to interpret and analyse complex diagrams and layouts * Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrate a strong work ethic, personal drive, and commitment to achieving daily targets * Full UK driving licence * Familiarity with Hampshire's road network and geography to minimise travel time If you are looking for a fantastic Customer Side Leakage Technician opportunity and want to work for a leading national contractor with opportunities to progress, then click on the 'apply now’ button.
