SMSTS Site Manager required for an immediate start on a Hotel Refurb/Residential Construction project based in Beckenham Responsibilities · Responsible for managing teams of Sub-contractors / Joiners etc.. · Working with and supporting Project Management · Liaising with client · Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to. · Ensure quality standards are met and maintained. · Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and any other problems that may arise To be considered for the role you will need: · Relevant industry qualifications · Ideal background in Carpentry / Fit out · Hold a valid SMSTS / First aid certification. · Experience of working on commercial refurb projects · Be Self-sufficient and motivated in approach. Pay rate £250 per day Approx 1 months work minimum with the potential to run longer
