Elle - Heating Engineer

Role – Heating Engineer Location – London (South East) Salary - £45,000 - £50,000   I am working alongside a leading hard services M&E client of ours who are currently looking to hire a Commercial Heating Engineer to work in South East London.   We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background working within a commercial environment carrying out PPM’s and reactive maintenance on heating systems.   Key responsibilities: Carry out full commissioning of gas heating boilers and associated controls on completion of installation or servicing works. Fault finding/diagnostic skill and carry out necessary repairs/replacement of defective parts etc. Draining down and re-filling of heating systems to remove and replace defective/leaking radiators or associated isolation valves specification. To have detailed knowledge and experience of main boiler manufacturer's installation and servicing requirements and instructions  Qualification/Background Needed: Must have a working history in PPM and reactive maintenance. Current/Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications - COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, ICPN1 TPCP1A Full UK Driving licence Be self-motivated Highly articulate and presentable with good customer facing skills IT literate and good record/data keeping skills Proactive attitude and a strong desire to take ownership of the site  Apply if interested
