Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet all customer and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Approve products using design data, drawings, specifications, and test plans. Conduct thorough inspections of electrical assemblies and composite mouldings. Document non-conformities and support Quality Assurance in ensuring product compliance. Apply AS9102 standards in the FAIR process. Contribute to a safe, positive work environment and uphold company policies and standards.Performance Measures First pass yield and parts inspected. Adherence to AS9100/AS9102 standards. Achievement of departmental KPIs
